I said to my friend recently that once I got a glimpse that business could be this forward-thinking, rewarding, and done in a way that inspires not only individuals but also larger social change, there was no turning back. He replied, “That is EVERYTHING.” Just like that. In a Twitter DM. It was emblazoned in my brain that day, where it remains. He’s absolutely right. The skill to make a living and inspire change while doing it is underutilized, widely unknown even. Let’s change that. Let’s change everything.
I am, along with a group of exceptional collaborators. People are starting to notice and follow suit (or, lack of suit, as the case may be). Now, I’m going to do it again. And again.
THAT is everything.
